Driven by a profound passion for healthcare, I bring a distinctive fusion of clinical acumen and technical proficiency to the medical field. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas (2011-2015), where I established a robust foundation in the life sciences. This passion led me to pursue a Doctor of Medicine degree at the same institution (2021-present), a journey I'm currently on an approved leave from.

My clinical training at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital and Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center provided invaluable hands-on experience. During this time, I conducted over 100 comprehensive patient evaluations and actively assisted in 80+ deliveries and surgeries, contributing to perioperative and postnatal care. I also gained practical experience in drafting preliminary treatment plans and updating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Epic and Athena, all under physician supervision.

Complementing my clinical pursuits, I've cultivated a strong technical and customer-focused skill set. As a Technical Support Representative at Convergys, I consistently achieved high satisfaction rates, earning "Top Performing Technical Support" recognition five times while providing IT support to international clients. Prior to this, my role as a Customer Service Representative honed my communication and problem-solving abilities.

My technical proficiency allows for seamless adaptation to various EMR systems (Epic, Athena, Halaxy, Practice Fusion, Practice Q, Bizbox), enhancing efficiency and accuracy in patient care. My customer service experience underscores the importance of empathy, clear communication, and fostering strong patient-provider relationships.
